Foie Gras
Our Moulard ducks, a staple in Gascony France, are a hybrid of the Pekin and Muscovy breeds. We raise the ducks at our farm in the Catskill mountain, with no cages or anitibiotics ever. Our animals are given plenty of space to roam freely and are cared for individually by our farmers.
